Rebecca Pizzato (Owner/Stylist)
I have always had a passion to become a hair stylist. I first learned to braid and cut hair by practicing on my Barbies. I did all my friends' hair at school and in my neighborhood growing up. I graduated from Granada High School and Dublin Beauty College in 2005. After receiving my Cosmetology License I began assisting at a local hair salon. In 2006, I began renting my own station in downtown Livermore.
In 2007, I was fortunate enough to co-own Shear Creations in Springtown from 2007-2013. As of January 2014, I am pleased to announce that I am now the sole owner of Shear Creations and I have re-located the salon to downtown Livermore.
My favorite things to do are hair cuts and color, keratin treatments and makeup. I strive for 100% satisfaction to meet the needs of my customers and to provide an excellent salon experience.

I knew at a very early age I wanted to be a hair stylist. I remember playing with my dolls hair and practicing on my three younger sisters every chance they would let me. I graduated high school in 2004 and enrolled at California Beauty College in Modesto. After graduating, I went on to assist a salon owner and fellow stylists. After a year assisting, I decided I was ready to run my own business. I worked in downtown Tracy for six years then moved to Livermore where I continued to grow my clientele. I have been fortunate enough to attend classes at the Bumble and Bumble academy in New York and various other academies to further educate myself and stay up to date with the latest hair trends.
With thirteen years experience, I enjoy doing all types of hair coloring, womens cuts, i-tip extensions, and keratin treatments. Not only do I love making my clients happy and feel good about themselves, I love the relationships that come with each guest. I have made many wonderful friendships over the years.

When the opportunity presented itself to return to school, I thought about which path to take. I had always wanted to do something were I could be creative and soon realized that I had a passion for doing hair. I enrolled in Paul Mitchell The School East Bay and graduated with honors in December 2011.
My favorite thing about my job is when my clients see the final result, whether its a simple blow-dry, or a color service. I strive to give them a look they will be happy with. Some of my favorite products to use are Redken Sheer Straight. It's a 10 miracle finishing spray and volumizer. Both leave the hair polished and without a heavy feel.

I’ve always had a passion for hair and makeup. I started at a young age doing my older sisters hair and makeup. Also before every softball game, I would do all of the girls hair. I have been in the industry for 4yrs now. I started as a mobile stylist before finding my new home at Shear Creations. I attended Design School of Cosmetology in Pleasanton, Ca. I enjoy doing color and extensions, creating new looks for each client. It is very fulfilling for me to see the joy on my clients face once they see the finished product whether it be a new color, cut, or style. I am so lucky and grateful that I get to do something I love and that I am so passionate about for a living.
